Brilliant but challenging vintage in Champagne, resulting in bright, classical wines which Hervé draws akin to the legendry 88 vintage. From their biodyanamic vineyards the is a cuvée of 50% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay & 15% Pinot Meunier. Vinified and matured for 10 months in second fill barriques, hailing from Ch. Y’Quem & Haut Brion barrel. Richly fruited, marzipan and fresh figs on the nose, the palate is seductively foaming, marrying vinous musk, bright fruit and chalky tension.

Disgorged in February 2022, 2.83g dosage.
