Tawse has one of the largest holdings in Mazis. This is, arguably, the best expression of the vineyard. The oldest vines  E75-80 years old  Emake up 12% of the blend, going in as whole berries; the rest are destemmed. Elegant and sophisticated, but with classic Mazis spice and wildness, this’ll take time to reveal all its majesty. Drink 2029-2041.
