Delivery Information

The listed prices are tax-inclusive. We offer 10% case discount for order of 12 bottles and more in a single receipt. This discount is applicable only for Berrys' Own Selection. You will also get to enjoy complimentary delivery to one address in Singapore for purchase above S$500 after discount, otherwise a delivery surcharge of S$70 applies. Local delivery is available from Monday to Friday between 11am to 6pm. Delivery is not applicable on weekends and public holidays. You can select a delivery date up to 14 days (10 business days) from the purchase date and we will reach out to you for confirmation once payment is complete.

Payment terms

All payments are due upon completion of order. We accept most major credit cards through Shopify Payments including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept PayNow as an alternative form of payment. There might be times when certain selections are out of stock, credit reference we have obtained for you does not meet our minimum requirements or if we have identified an error in the price/description of the goods, etc. You will be notified if we are unable to accept your order for these various reasons and the amount will not be charged.

Return and exchange policy

All sale or return orders must be arranged in advance either through your account manager or by contacting our customer service team. All returned goods must be in re-saleable condition otherwise no credit will be given. A collection charge of S$80 per order will be applied to all sale or return orders. We are committed to providing our customers with an unsurpassed level of service and are equally committed to ensuring we provide a safe and legal product. If a wine is corked or faulty, we will, in the first instance, offer a replacement bottle; or if we are unable to replace the bottle from our stocks, we will offer a credit to the replacement value of the wine. We will ask for the return of the bottle in question. If a wine has been kept too long or stored inappropriately, we may decide not to offer a refund at our discretion.
We are unable to guarantee credit or replacements unless we are notified within 14 days of delivery of the order.
