2023 Berry Bros. & Rudd Chablis by Domaine Sébastien Dampt, Burgundy

We’ve worked once again with Sébastien Dampt for our Chablis. Made entirely without oak, it combines the classic, steely minerality of Chablis with the pleasingly ripe fruit of the 2023 vintage. The nose has notes of iodine and citrus fruit, while the palate is juicy and moreish with white peach, lime and oyster shell. This is the perfect partner for fresh seafood and goat’s cheese.
